RETURN


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns are not allowed after 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received and must include all items in the box. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom display (already reprogrammed to match the display serial number you provided)
- Custom brake (already bled to the desired length)
- Custom conversion kit (already reprogrammed to match the display serial number you provided)

The return will be accepted if it is determined that the issue was caused by quality-related problems. Please provide any relevant details or documentation regarding the quality issues to facilitate the return process.

If the custom part you purchased from us is not compatible with your ebike, you will get all your money back - so there really is no risk to you.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@maintebike.com. Maint is not responsible for the shipping cost of the package returned by the customers themselves.

Quality Issues Refund

1. Within 30 days: Free return or exchange for defective products. Shipping fee can not be refunded

2. Over 30 days: Return is not acceptable

 

Return Address:

Please do not mail your return to the original shipping address. Instead, a designated return mailing address will be provided to you via email after your return application has been submitted.

Return Process:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). If the return item was not in the same condition it was received, we may charge a restocking fee. 

Refund

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.

After this time, we will refund within 3 business days.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or credit card company.
